Who publishes this site

This site is published by Espace Thérapeutique Rousseau, 29 rue Rousseau, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss business identification number CHE-173.884.488), which supports from Geneva the cures of the Madhavi Ayurveda centre in Kerala. It is the controller of everything described below, and it is where your requests should go: panchakarma@espacetherapeutiquerousseau.ch.

Design and development: Christophe Barrios, webmaster, with the assistance of the artificial intelligence Claude (Anthropic). Hosting: Vercel Inc., United States.

Reading this site asks nothing of you

No account, no cookies, no advertising trackers: you can read the whole site without giving your name or accepting anything. That is why no consent banner is shown — there is nothing to consent to.

Nothing described here is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.

Audience measurement

We count page views, to know what interests visitors. Measurement is handled by Vercel Web Analytics: it sets no cookie, creates no persistent identifier and cannot reconstruct one person's path.

We see totals — this page, that many visits, from that country. Never someone.

The host's logs

For technical and security reasons, the host keeps a log of incoming requests: IP address, date, page requested. Those logs are short-lived and serve only to keep the site running.

If you write to us

A message sent by email or WhatsApp arrives in our mailboxes and stays there as long as it takes to answer you and follow the relationship through. WhatsApp is a Meta service, subject to its own rules; if that bothers you, email and the telephone do just as well.

The contact form on this site asks for your first and last name, your email address, a telephone number if you wish, and your message. It is not stored: it is sent by email to the centre's general mailbox, with a copy to you.

The course application form

This form asks for your identity, date of birth, country, telephone number, email address, your experience of Ayurveda and, if you wish, a free message. It reaches us by email and is recorded in our booking application.

It serves to handle your application and to get back to you — nothing else. You may ask for it to be deleted at any time.

The chat assistant

The assistant answers from documentation about the cures, the centre and travel formalities. The text you write is passed to 1min.AI (1minAI Inc.), an artificial intelligence provider established outside Switzerland and the European Union, which writes the answer; neither your name nor your address is given to it, and conversations are not recorded.

Please avoid writing health information there: the free first conversation and the medical questionnaire completed before departure are the proper settings for that.

The free conversation and booking a cure

The first conversation is booked through Google Calendar: the name and email address you enter there are collected by Google, under its own rules.

Booking a cure happens on a separate application, which opens a file: contact details, dates, room, payments. The medical questionnaire completed before departure passes through that application without being stored — it goes to the centre's doctor, and only the name of the person who answered and the date remain.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the data concerning you, for its correction or deletion, or object to its processing. A message to panchakarma@espacetherapeutiquerousseau.ch is enough; we answer within a month.

As the centre is supported from Switzerland, the Federal Act on Data Protection applies. If you live in the European Union, the GDPR applies as well.
